Now — Tooling Preparation
Materials are secured and final steps are being taken before tooling begins.

Tooling Begins
Steel molds are cut. This is where Bandito transitions fully into production form.

4–8 Weeks After Tooling Start — First Test Shots
Initial samples come out of the molds. Adjustments are made to refine fit, finish, and function.

Following Test Shot Approval — Production Ramp
Once everything is dialed in, full production begins.

Production Complete — Fulfillment Begins
Units are assembled, packed, and shipped—starting with first wave orders.
